Abstract

We demonstrate an AlGaAs source of highly indistinguishable and energy-time entangled photon pairs. The device is charactetized through Hong-Ou-Mandel and a Franson interferometry experiments displaying visibilities of 89+/−3% and 95.6 +/−3.7%, respectively.
