Abstract

Plasmon-assisted etching (PAE) of arrays of Au pillar-supported bowtie nanoantenna is demonstrated. As proof-of-concept, we use PAE to demonstrate table-top fabrication of a planar diffraction grating and a Fresnel zone plate.
