In Vivo Imaging of Cell Dynamics in Animal Models of Neurological Disease using Nonlinear Microscopy

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

We use nonlinear microscopy to observe and manipulate cell behavior in the central nervous system, focusing on studies of how microvascular hemorrhages impact brain cell function and why brain blood flow is reduced in Alzheimer's disease.
