4D Two-photon Fluorescence Hyperspectral Image of Mesophyll Cells inside Intact Leaves

Abstract

The two-photon fluorescence hyperspectral microscopy based on parallel recording is applied to obtain 4D x-y-z-λ images of mesophyll cells in intact leaves. Through principal component analysis, information of photonsystems within each mesophyll cell can be revealed.
