Weak Values and Balanced Homodyne Detection Working Together

Abstract

We present a metrological technique which, without discarding of data, resembles a larger anomalous amplification than weak-value-amplification (WVA). The protocol surpasses WVA techniques by amplifying an almost-balanced homodyne signal.
