Nonisochronism of Material Vibrations in Stimulated Raman Scattering

Abstract

Evidence is found for decrease of the Raman shift in stimulated Raman scattering with increase of the pump intensity. It is shown that in fused silica the nonisochronism corresponds to saturation-type nonlinearity of material vibrations.
