Ultra-broadband Nonlinear Optical Signal Processing for Optical Communications

Abstract

Nonlinear optics enables ultra-broadband, ultra-fast and phase-preserving applications that can be very useful in optical communications. A single-source frequency comb can enable a large number of WDM channels, reducing required number of lasers.
