Abstract

We report computer-generated holography in ultrathin topological insulator films. With different refractive index in metallic surface and dielectric bulk, the ultrathin topological insulator film serves as a natural optical resonant cavity, which remarkably enhances the phase modulations and the diffraction efficiency in the holograms.
