Advances in Adaptive Optics for Microscopy and Nanoscopy

Abstract

Adaptive optics has been widely applied to microscopes to compensate specimen-induced aberrations. We report on recent developments extending these techniques to more challenging methods, including to super-resolution microscopes, or nanoscopes.
