Diffuse Optics for Monitoring Bone Healing and Cancer Treatments

Abstract

Diffuse optical and correlation tomography have a great potential to monitor and predict treatment efficacy. We demonstrate the feasibility for chemotherapy on breast cancer and tissue engineering based treatments for bone healing using murine models.
