Optical Differentiation Wavefront Sensing for Freeform Optics Metrology

Abstract

High resolution, high dynamic range optical differentiation wavefront sensor using binary pixelated filters has been developed for the metrology of freeform optics. Wavefront reconstruction precision and accuracy will be presented.
