Optical Properties of MoS2/MoSe2 Heterostructures

Abstract

We present MoS2/MoSe2 heterostructures formed through dry transfer method. We report significant quenching of the photoluminescence in MoS2 and a red shift of the photoluminescence in MoSe2 as signs of interlayer charge transfer.
