Dielectric-grating-coupled surface plasmon resonance for ultrasensitive sensing

Abstract

We proposed a dielectric grating that can launch surface plasmon resonance mode efficiently on the other side of flat metal films with normal incident light, which is suitable for the integration with optical fiber tips.
