Square Holey Cladding Dielectric THz Waveguides for Chip-to-Chip Communication

Abstract

The development of a square holey cladding dielectric waveguide for chip-to-chip THz communication is presented. Designed to operate in the range of 180–360GHz, measured and simulated mode profiles of fabricated waveguides are in good agreement.
