Broadband graphene oxide anti-reflection coating on silicon nanostructures

Abstract

We show the ultra-thin graphene oxide films are conformably coated on silicon nanowires through a layer-by-layer method. The coating can achieve up to 20% reduction in the overall reflection with a broadband wavelength.
