Two-Photon Polymerization of Biocompatible Hydrogels

Abstract

We demonstrate a common UV photoinitiator with a two-photon absorption cross-section of 4.5 GM in the wavelength of 535 nm. Three-dimensional microstructured scaffolds could be achieved with two-photon polymerization of biocompatible hydrogels.
