Abstract

A novel technique to generate an optical flat comb source is presented and experimentally demonstrated. The transmission of 137.5Gbps (11×12.5Gbps) QPSK-OFDM-UDWDM signal is experimentally illustrated over 25km and 100km SSMF link using direct detection.
