Modulation of Electromagnetically Induced Transparency in Toriodal Resonance Terahertz Metasurfaces

Abstract

We report modulation of electromagnetically induced transparency in toroidal planar terahertz metamaterials. By breaking symmetry, we demonstrate tunability of EIT while exciting multiple Fano-like resonances with high Q-factor.
