Quantitative Analysis of Glucose Concentration Using NIR Spectroscopy

Abstract

The quantitative evaluations were carried out using PLS model. The collected absorbance data was pre-processed before calibration using Savitzky-Golay filter. From the data acquisition, it can be obtained the good model for predicting glucose concentration.
