Absorption Cross Section Spectra of Bismuth Active Centers Associated with Phosphorus

Abstract

We present the absorption spectra of bismuth active centers associated with phosphorus obtained experimentally. The results showed that the peak values are ~2.5 ±0.4 pm2 and weakly depend on the active centers concentration.
