Wavefront Reconstruction for Structured Light based Microscopic Three-dimensional Imaging

Abstract

We demonstrate an interferometer method to improve the depth of field of the microscopic three-dimensional imaging system with structured light illumination. Both phase and amplitude of the optical waves are recorded for wavefront reconstruction.
