Sub-harmonic Entrainment Breather Solitons in Ultrafast Lasers

Abstract

The breather period of breather soliton generated in mode-locked fiber laser tends to be integral folds of roundtrip time at the vicinity. This novel non-Hermitian degeneracy can enhance the stability of breather soliton.
