Simphony: An Open-Source Photonic Integrated Circuit Simulation Framework

Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Abstract

We present a fast and extensible open-source toolbox for simulating photonic integrated circuits. We include example simulations demonstrating novel features and show that our toolbox performs calculations 20x faster than leading commercial software.
