Multitrack Adaptive Compressive Hyperspectral Imaging for Cell Monitoring Applications

Abstract

We developed a hyperspectral imaging method that multiplexes measurements for adaptive compressive sensing, shortening imaging times by 10x. We simulate its application in cell monitoring, where short exposure and rapid processing are essential.
