Femtosecond laser inscribed all-in-core fiber structure for two-parameter sensing of temperature and curvature

Abstract

We have proposed a novel temperature and curvature two-parameter sensor. The sensor includes a fiber Bragg grating and an in-fiber Mach-Zehnder interferometer, which are integrally fabricated in SMF core by femtosecond laser direct writing.
