Quantitative Phase Imaging by Automatic Phase Shifting Generated by Phase-only Spatial Light Modulator

Abstract

We describe a simple phase shifting method with no moving parts based on grayscale levels of spatial light modulator. Four images with different shifts were generated and reconstructed to quantify the phase of test object.
