Theoretical Framework for Analysing Statistical Properties of Partially Coherent V-point Beams

Abstract

A generalized theoretical model for investigating the statistical properties of the family of partially coherent V-point polarization singular beams is discussed here. Coherence-induced changes in the intensity, degree-of-polarization, degree-of-coherence, and state-of-polarization are studied theoretically and verified experimentally.
