Integrated 3.0 meter coil resonator for λ = 674 nm laser stabilization

Abstract

We report an integrated Si3N4 3m length waveguide coil resonator for operation at 674nm. Stabilization of a laser to this cavity is demonstrated, resulting in 4 orders of magnitude FN reduction, an ILW 4.2kHz and ADEV 3.5x10-12.
