Quasi bound states in the continuum empowered intrinsically chiral emission

Abstract

By utilizing the physics of chiral quasi-bound states in the continuum (BICs) which breaking out-of-plane symmetry by slant meta-atoms, an ultracompact source with controllable spectrum, radiation pattern and spin angular momentum is present.
