3-IN-ONE: three innovations for optical metrology

Abstract

We present a new approach of the Linearized Focal Plane Technique exploiting phase retrieval algorithms on Shack Hartmann Wavefront Sensors and its implementation in MESO instrument. Last, we introduce an innovation for Parallel Optics testing.
