The role of femtosecond laser parameters on the fabrication of copper nanoparticles

Abstract

We report here the fabrication of cubic-shaped copper nanoparticles on copper foil by irradiating the surfaces with the wavelength of 860 nm. The laser fluence and wavelength affect copper nanoparticle shape and particle size distribution.
