Gate-Controlled Graphene-based Guided Mode Resonance Methane Sensor for Implementation in Optical ICs

Abstract

A guided mode resonance methane sensor has been presented with perpendicular incident light at its resonant wavelength. The transmitted light can measure the gas concentration by gate voltages sweep, without the need for any spectrogram.
