Plasmonic nanotags for Surface-Enhanced Raman scattering imaging of folate receptor-positive cancer cells

Abstract

The optical behavior of anisotropic gold nanotags modified with Cy5.5 amine fluorophore and folic acid in PANC-1 cancer cells was studied using SERS and SEM. The results prove the promise of these nanotags for medicine.
