Unleashing Enhanced Optical Nonlinearity via Ultrafast Charge Transfer in VS2-Black Phosphorus Nanohybrid

Abstract

We demonstrate experimentally and theoretically enhanced third-order absorptive and refractive nonlinear optical response in VS2/Black phosphorus (BP) nanohybrids in the strongly coupled regime due to charge transfer, making them potentially valuable for optical limiting applications.
