Dynamically Modulated Counter Propagating All-normal Dispersion Laser for Swift Dual-comb Metrology

Abstract

We characterize the performance of a dynamic single-cavity dual-comb fiber laser for rapid time-domain metrology. Using dispersive Fourier transform (DFT) based spectral interferometry, we reveal the limits and timing jitter properties of the laser.
