Integrated Nonlinear Photonics Lasers and Frequency Combs for Quantum Technologies

Abstract

We present the development of silicon nitride microresonators for creating broad bandwidth frequency combs and continuous wave lasers across the visible and near-infrared, targeting quantum technologies such as optical atomic clocks and other quantum sensors.
