Macroscale Nonlinear Gigascope for Rapid Fresh Pathology

Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Abstract

For rapid surgical pathology, a macroscale nonlinear gigascope was developed with a realtime artifact-compensated large-field mosaic-stitching approach, allowing streamlined “block-to-image” high throughput fresh digital pathology of H&E-stained specimens through optical sectioning.
