Abstract

We present a cost-effective illumination method using a MEMS mirror for optical diffraction tomography. The present technique provides aberration-free angle beams incident on a sample with various illumination angles. We carry out imaging experiments to acquire a 3D refractive index tomogram of colloidal particles.
