Photovoltaic Nano-Concentrator Integrated with Graphene Metamaterial for Energy Harvesting

Abstract

An extended-bandwidth solar concentrator with 60nm spot-focusing is presented. It enhances the optical absorption of graphene mesh-like metamaterial for applications in photovoltaic energy harvesting. The concentrator has a compact-size, flat spectral response, and polarization-insensitive operation.
