Compact mid-infrared Raman soliton source with widely tunable range based on heavily GeO2-doped fiber

Abstract

We report the generation of widely tunable Raman soliton with wavelength tuning range up to 300 nm based on heavily GeO2-doped fiber, which provides an effective way to realize compact, all-fiber ultrafast mid-infrared laser source.
