Strain-controlled non-classical light source based on cavity coupled quantum dot

Abstract

Scalable quantum photonic architecture requires high quality of nonclassical light sources. To generate highly-efficient light source, we investigate strain-tunable self-assembled quantum dots embedded in a circular bragg grating cavity.
