Platicon Microcomb Generation in Deuterated Silicon Nitride Microring with Sidewall Gratings

Abstract

We demonstrate platicon microcomb generation in a normal-dispersion deuter-ated silicon nitride microring resonator with sidewall gratings. It is realized by pumping the resonance adjacent to the Bragg gratings-induced mode splitting.
