Abstract

We have developed the graded index fiber (known as SELFOC lens, trade name) with Cs as dopant constituting graded refractive index. Graded index fiber array with the SELFOC lenses arranged linearly (known as SELFOC lens array or SLA) is widely used in the optical system of copying machines. The half view angle of SLA (θ) is 6°.
