Saturated amplification of fs laser driven collisional soft x ray lasers

Abstract

We report recent experimental results on OFI soft x-ray lasers performed at LOA. We have demonstrated the first saturated amplification at 41.8 nm in Pd-like xenon. New results using Ni-like Kr will be presented.
