Energy scaling of high-order harmonics using phase-matched propagation

Abstract

We demonstrated the energy scaling of high-order harmonics using a self-guiding effect. By adjusting the gas density and the pump laser focusing, the 27th (30 nm) harmonic output energy increased by an order of magnitude with increases of the pump pulse energy.
