VUV Frequency Comb Generation And Its Applications

Abstract

Cavity-enhanced high harmonic generation is demonstrated at 10 and 80 MHz repetition rate to generate vuv radiation as short as 30 nm in wavelength. Direct frequency comb spectroscopy of xenon is demonstrated in vuv region.
