High-order-harmonic generation (HHG) from diatomic molecules in driving fields with nonvanishing ellipticity: A generalized interference condition

Abstract

We present a generalised two-centre interference condition for molecular HHG in orthogonally polarised driving fields. The ellipticity adds a dynamic shift associated with the angle of return of the electronic wavepacket to the alignment angle.
