Abstract

In this paper, the spectral features of the pine cone (Picea abies) extract in the visible and IR regions are presented. It was found that when the extract solution is excited by wavelength of 400 nm, the luminescence is observed in the red region of the spectrum at wavelengths of 670 nm and 720 nm. According to IR spectroscopy data, the phenolic acids bands are observed in the IR absorption spectrum.
