Abstract

In many cases, the characteistic parameters of the microscopic distance dependent transfer rate between an excited donor and an acceptor molecule are unknown. Quite generally, the transfer rate expression can be expressed as 1τf(rro) where r0 is the interaction range and 1/τ a frequency factor.
