Asymmetric continuous-variable cloning machine

Abstract

I propose a simple optical implementation of asymmetric continuous variable quantum cloning machine which optimally clones coherent states. The cloning device consists of Mach-Zehnder interferometer with nondegenerate parametric amplifier placed in one of its arms.
